1. Freeze Dried Carrot is to choose fresh. Color is orange red. Carrots with plump individuals and smooth skin are used as raw materials to remove split ends, lesions, mechanical damage and baby carrots. Selected carrots are soaked and washed in a running pool of clear water. First remove the spots, roots and attapulgite from the carrot, then remove the bitter rind, and finally cut off the green top and scoop out the stem. Yellow core.
2. Mechanical cutting. Rinse the processed radishes with water, and then evenly send them to the vegetable cutter for dicing. Commonly used processing specifications are 10, 8, and 5mm. During the pelletizing operation, the blades should be kept sharp, and the blade spacing should be tested and adjusted frequently to prevent caking and particle size variation.
3. Add sugar and boil. The purpose of scalding is to make the raw materials bright in color, soft in tissue, eliminate odor and prevent browning. Blanch the radishes in boiling water for 4-5 minutes, remove and drain, and evenly mix in the glucose powder to increase the color and sweetness of the finished product. Added sugar is 6% to 8% of fresh ingredients.
4. Dehydration and drying. Spread sugar mixed with radish diced evenly on a baking tray and bake at 65-75°C for about 6-7 hours. When the moisture content of the dry product is less than 8%, move it into the room to cool to room temperature, put it in a plastic bag immediately, and fasten the bag tightly. Made into Organic Freeze Dried Carrots.
5. Freeze Dried Carrots Bulk sorting and packaging. The dry products are classified and graded according to the standard after removing impurities and defective products. The packing box is an export carton with a built-in double-layer plastic bag, and the film thickness is less than 0.08 mm. After sorting and measuring, the finished products are put into plastic bags in the box, and the bag mouths are sealed. The net weight of each box is 25 kg. Storage temperature should be below 14°C.
